KLS Therapy Group is growing!

KLS Therapy is a small group practice located in the Fremont neighborhood in Seattle. We are looking to expand our team, build community, and make mental health therapy more accessible and sustainable. If you are an associate level clinician wanting to build a private practice and accrue clinical supervision hours, or are fully licensed clinician looking to focus on seeing clients and less administrative work, please check out our website and send me an email! We are looking to add independent contractors (1099) and can support associate level clinicians in setting up their LLCs, and registering business and tax information. We’re looking for individuals who are interested in building their own sustainable, private practice while being guided throughout the entire process. By having a supportive culture of healthy professional and clinical growth, our services naturally become more effective. 

Benefits Include

  • Help setting up LLCs, registering business and guidance with cross-state licensure

  • Individual and group clinical supervision hours included depending on contractual agreement with clinician (LICSW approved clinical supervisor, can provide limited LMHCA clinical hours)

  • CPA consulting services and resources to support independent contractors in managing individual tax preparation

  • Support in navigating personal health insurance with a WA Health Plan Finder associated professional 

  • Use of office space in Fremont with parking in garage - visit office space following a virtual or in-person meet and greet to help determine professional goals/alignment is possible

  • EHR - TherapyNotes account provided

  • Tiered fee systems for independent contractors vary depending on use of office space, need for clinical supervision or business/administrative management and consultation.

1-10 clients - 70% clinician / 30% KLS

11-20 clients - 75% clinician / 25% KLS

21+ clients - 80% clinician / 20% KLS
